CellsTime Clinique Guadalajara

Personalized regenerative medicine in Guadalajara and Tijuana, Mexico

At CellsTime Clinique, we understand that traveling to receive medical care is an important decision. Our goal is to help every patient feel informed, accompanied, and cared for from the first conversation through post-treatment follow-up.

Located in Guadalajara, Mexico, our clinic specializes in personalized treatments using mesenchymal stem cells. We welcome patients from Mexico, the United States, Canada, and other countries seeking medically supervised options for neurological, orthopedic, autoimmune, metabolic, inflammatory, and degenerative conditions.

Why choose CellsTime Clinique?

In-house stem cell laboratory

The mesenchymal stem cells used in our treatments are processed by our own specialized, regulated laboratory, founded in 2008. This allows our medical and laboratory teams to maintain close oversight during every stage of the process.

Placental and umbilical cord tissues are obtained from carefully selected donors and are screened for important infectious markers, including HIV-1, HIV-2, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, and syphilis.

The cell product is also subjected to sterility, endotoxin, viability, and quality control testing before being approved for clinical use.

Cells are cryopreserved in liquid nitrogen to maintain their stability and biological properties until needed. They are then carefully thawed on the day of treatment, shortly before administration.

Cryopreservation does not mean the cells are dead. Their viability is assessed after thawing to confirm that the administered product contains living, viable cells and meets the quality release criteria established by the laboratory.

On the day of treatment, each patient receives a Certificate of Analysis containing relevant information about the administered cell product, including cell count, viability, sterility, endotoxin results, and batch information.

Personalized treatment plans

Each treatment begins with a careful review of the patient's medical history, symptoms, diagnostic studies, and personal goals.

Based on this evaluation, our physicians determine whether the patient may be a suitable candidate and recommend an individualized treatment protocol.

The number of cells, administration methods, complementary therapies, and number of treatment days are determined according to each patient's diagnosis and medical needs.

Certified clinic and laboratory

Our specialized stem cell laboratory was founded in 2008, and CellsTime Clinique began operating its medical clinics in 2016.

This experience has allowed our clinical and laboratory teams to develop established processes for quality control, cell handling, medical coordination, and patient care.

CellsTime Clinique and our laboratory hold the applicable licenses and authorizations required by COFEPRIS, Mexico's Federal Commission for the Protection against Sanitary Risks.

COFEPRIS is Mexico's federal health authority and performs a regulatory function broadly comparable to the FDA in the United States.

Our clinic and laboratory operate in accordance with applicable Mexican and European health regulations, with protocols focused on quality control, traceability, proper cell handling, and patient safety.

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Certification

Issued by Global Standards Certification.

Certificate holder: Live Cells México S.A. de C.V.

This certification confirms that our processes meet the international quality standard ISO 9001:2015, aimed at ensuring consistent quality management in our operations.

The certification covers formulation, manufacturing, and distribution of personal care products and reflects the commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in those processes.

Federal Health License - Regenerative Medicine

Issued by COFEPRIS.

Modality: Regenerative Medicine.

This license allows CellsTime México to legally apply stem cells and regenerative treatments for therapeutic purposes in patients.

It certifies that the procedures performed meet national standards of medical safety, ethical practice, and biomedical quality.

Federal Health License - Progenitor Cell Bank

Issued by COFEPRIS, Federal Commission for the Protection against Sanitary Risks.

License No. 12-TR-14-039-0001.

Modality: Progenitor Cell Bank.

This federal license authorizes the laboratory LCELLS S.A. de C.V., located in Guadalajara, to collect, store, and process cells, tissues, and organs for therapeutic purposes.

This authorization is essential to ensure the traceability, safety, and regulatory compliance of stem cell therapies.

Why consider stem cell therapy in Mexico?

For patients from the United States and Canada, Mexico can provide access to regenerative medicine options that are not routinely available in their home countries.

In the United States, expanded donor-derived mesenchymal stem cell therapies are not approved by the FDA for orthopedic, neurological, autoimmune, or degenerative conditions.

At CellsTime, our physicians use allogeneic mesenchymal stem cells obtained from placental and umbilical cord tissue from carefully selected donors.

Unlike autologous therapies, which use cells obtained from the patient's own body and may be influenced by their age and underlying health conditions, mesenchymal stem cells derived from perinatal tissues come from biologically young tissue and can be carefully expanded, screened, and standardized before treatment.

Each patient is medically evaluated before treatment, and our physicians design an individualized protocol according to their diagnosis, medical history, and specific therapeutic needs.

Rian Walker

I went from having no energy to feeling an almost unlimited amount of energy in a very short time. I no longer have balance problems or dizziness. I can now walk long distances and for hours, whereas before I was too weak to walk about 50 yards.

I no longer need to use the shopping cart to avoid falling while grocery shopping. The team took great care of me during and after the procedure, and they still reach out to ask about my condition.
